Essential Job Functions:
Provide direct service to our clients including support for: activities of daily living, program activities, and other tasks assigned by the ADC Manager. Treat clients with respect, kindness, and patience; helping to maintain clients’ dignity. Work with team to always ensure safety of members. Interact with clients in a professional and positive manner. Assist clients who are unsteady with walking. Assist with activities and projects at the request of the Activities Coordinator. Assist during lunchtime to ensure calm, orderly flow of mealtime experience for clients. Perform other duties as assigned by ADC manager.
