The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology has an outstanding opportunity for a fixed duration (temporary) **Program Assistant** . This position is benefits-eligible and anticipated to be up to 12 months in duration.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ 40 hours per week
+ Day Shift - Hours are flexible between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm **WHAT WE OFFER**

+ High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialtyOR
+ Equivalent education/experience.The Program Assistant will order, sort and organize deliveries within the laboratory and administrative office. In addition, this individual will compose Laboratory Medicine correspondence and printed material. Provide information regarding program activities to program participants and visiting participants.This individual will assist with:
+ Records maintenance and filing.
+ Monitoring staff continuing education and training records.
+ Projects and perform other duties as required.
+ Maintaining conference room calendar via scheduling and broadcasting department wide meetings. **ABOUT US**
