Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive the highest level of benefit.   

 Primary Tasks: 

Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are being met.  Support administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the program.  Maintain accurate, confidential and up to date records per program requirements. Prepare routine and non-routine reports including gathering and summarizing data. Compose, type, and disseminate letters and correspondence. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

MINIMUM 

Good oral and written communication skills  General computer skills Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Two (2) years of experience program services or related
