What you get to do in this role:   

Work in a team to deliver impactful early in career hire programmingLeverage tools like excel to track and record data throughout the program lifecycleProvide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including partners, business sponsors and vendorsMonitor and responds to questions in the team's shared inbox, becoming an expert on frequently asked questionsProduce Zoom meetings to ensure the team’s smooth program deliverySchedule complex events and calendar invitations for various and overlapping audiencesParticipate in program debrief and improvement discussionsApply consistency and best practices throughout program lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding phases

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 1+ years of experience managing projects in fast paced environmentsA keen eye and attention to detailExceptional prioritization and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ZoomAn interest in working with early in career new hires

 

Experience coordinating with teams to create solutions

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $72,200 - $104,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
