Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements checked below:
+ Coordinates meals at various sites by submitting daily food orders to the caterer which includes, but is not limited to; communicating with owners/managers to ensure proper number of meals prepared
+ Supports all sites by filling in as Site Coordinator when required
+ Executes monthly billing ensuring that all bills are correct and mailed according to established schedule
+ Receives client payment information and prepares bank deposits
+ Maintains up-to-date and accurate files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, or accrediting bodies while performing job expectations
+ Manages a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, or accrediting bodies while performing job expectations
+ Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, or accrediting bodies
+ Responsible for maintaining, updating, and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports, as necessary

Education and Experience Requirements:
Relevant Education: Preferred: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum: High School
Relevant Experience: Preferred: 3 Years administrative experience; Bilingual SpanishMinimum: 1 Year administrative experience
Certification/Licensure:Preferred: State of Illinois Food Sanitation Certificate Minimum: Will obtain State of Illinois Food Sanitation Certificate within six months of hire
