Job Duties:
- Primary point of contact for all matters related to the IT development and maintenance of Contractor systems to include the electronic scheduling capability.
- Manage and oversee system performance, troubleshooting, integration with the DXP, user support, security, and system upgrades.
- Develop and execute design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure IT applications and infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Oversee the continued development and implementation of data management strategies to ensure data quality, accessibility, and security ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing IT and data management practices.
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

Degree/Education: The CIO shall possess a Master’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field—at a minimum.The CIO shall have at least ten years’ experience in a senior technology leadership role or CIO/IT Director role. The CIO shall have demonstrated experience in healthcare, cloud infrastructure, software development, software engineering, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise applications, data analytics for decision making, and IT governance practices.
The CIO should also have experience with DXP, systems performance and user support.
