Program Control Analyst
**This position is contingent upon contract award** Amentum is seeking a **Program Control Analyst** to support an upcoming INSCOM G-4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) Support contract. These services will support tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel and their ground and aerial intelligence equipment and operations facilities and infrastructure and may occur from multiple locations simultaneously. **Essential Duties:** + Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts + Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel and financial requirements + Skilled briefer to assist in introducing new hires into program and relaying contract. requirements to employees, corporate and subcontractor partners **Minimum Requirements:** + Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). Some positions may require a polygraph + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/college with five years of human resources or project support experience; or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/college with six years of human resources or project support experience + Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations + Fluent in the English language (written/oral) Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
