We are seeking a Program Control Analyst (PCA)-HYBRID to join our team in supporting Intrepid Corporate. The PCA is responsible for full life cycle contract support, including contract startup, estimates at completion, monthly forecasting, invoice review, financial status reports, and variance analysis.
Responsibilities Providing expert assistance to program/project managers in cost control and schedule performance.Tracking actual expenditures against program/project baselines.Assigning labor categories and work authorizations.Preparing cost reports for customers and assisting in all preparations of customer and subcontractor billings.Preparing and maintaining baseline cost budgets for programs/projects.Soliciting and approving subcontractor proposals and management plans.Preparing ROMs and performing special projects as assigned.Other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, preferably accounting or finance; directly related experience may substitute for a degree3-5+ years directly related experience in accounting, program/project control, or contracts/subcontracts administrationProficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS WordThe ability to work onsite, up to full time, depending on client needsAn active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearanceDesired Qualifications:
