Program Control Specialist
**Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future** ManTech is seeking an Equipment Readiness focused Program Control Specialist to help support our current Marine Corps contract out of Albany, GA. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Develop and monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk metrics associated with Marine Corps intelligence Program of Record (PoR) capabilities. + Provide rapid and accurate responses to queries that mitigate procurement issues, to include obsolescence, supplier changes, technology changes, etc. + Process DLA 339 Requests for Engineering Support as defined in DoDI 4140.69. + Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the DLA Records Management System (RMS) Program and other logistics life cycle management systems, software, and documentation requirements as governed by DoD 5000.2 and Marine Corps directives. + Monitor and address weapon system maintenance and improvements, repair parts, and components for intelligence focused PoR capabilities. + Identify and articulate opportunities to innovate and improve the acquisition life cycle processes implemented in support of intelligence PoR capabilities, and more specifically, the many Integrated Product Support Elements represented in the portfolio. + Participate in Integrated Product Team meetings and working groups, develop Technical Manuals and Publications, and conduct training events within the program as required. + Engage in and monitor the myriad actions and activities required of a Program Control Specialist focused on intelligence-oriented logistics and equipment readiness. **Minimum Qualifications:** + At least 12 years of experience supporting acquisition programs spanning the acquisition lifecycle to include the following: + Experience in logistics and equipment readiness. + Familiarity with tactical employment of information systems. + Ability to support in person meetings with the government customer several times per week along with periodic, short-term travel approximately 6-8 times per year. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree + USMC experience, especially Marine Corps Systems Command. + DoD 5000.2/DAU training/certification in Life Cycle Logistics preferred **Clearance Required:** + Active Secret to start. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI **Physical Requirements:** + Sedentary Work The projected compensation range for this position is $135,300-$226,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
