As a Program Controls Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assisting program control activities and ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of project planning and scheduling strategies, monitoring project costs and budgets, and analyzing project performance metrics. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of programs and projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of project planning and scheduling strategies\nMonitor and control project costs and budgets\nAnalyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations\nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure project success\nEnsure compliance with project management standards and best practices\nDevelop EVM (Earned Value Management) Knowledge and Apply to Program\nSupports program teams and stakeholders\nSupports organizational feedback for utilized tools and process efficiencies\nComplete required certification and application training \n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles\nStrong thoughtful and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and people-oriented skills\nDue to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status\n\n
