Program Controls Specialist I

As\na Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for\nmanaging and overseeing various aspects of project controls, including\nscheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will play a\ncrucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs,\ncontributing to the overall success of the organization.

You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll work out of\nour Glendale AZ location on a 3/2 hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on project success, as you\nwill be accountable for managing and overseeing the control, coordination, and\noversight of various program and project management aspects. Your attention to\ndetail, thoughtful skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will\nbe essential in driving project success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Develop and implement project\nplanning and scheduling strategies
•   Monitor and control project costs and\nbudgets
•   Identify and mitigate project risks\nand issues
•   Analyze project performance metrics\nand provide insights and recommendations
•   Work with cross-functional teams to\nensure project success
•   Ensure compliance with project\nmanagement standards and best practices

•   Minimum of 1+ years of experience in\nprogram controls, project management, or related roles
•   Strong thoughtful and problem-solving\nskills
•   Excellent communication and\npeople-oriented skills
