As a Program Controls Specialist III here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be accountable for managing and directing the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you will work out of one of our Aero locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects within the Aerospace business unit.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide the program controls function for projects and programsDevelop and implement project planning and scheduling strategiesMonitor and control project costs and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesAnalyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendationsResponsible for reliable program EVM (earned value management) application, compliance and proceduresEnsure compliance with project management standards and best practicesResponsible for program EAC (estimate at completion) management

Minimum of 4 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related rolesStrong leadership and team management skillsStrong understanding of project management ethics and methodologiesExperience with project planning and scheduling tools
