Program Controls Specialist IV

As\na Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial\nrole in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various aspects\nof a program, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and\nreporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll\nwork out of our [City, State] location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs\nby ensuring effective program controls and providing insights and\nrecommendations to drive project success. You will work with cross-functional\nteams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within\nbudget, and meet quality standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Guide and manage the program controls\nfunction for multiple projects
•   Develop and implement project\nplanning and scheduling strategies
•   Monitor and control project costs and\nbudgets
•   Identify and mitigate project risks\nand issues
•   Analyze project performance metrics\nand provide insights and recommendations
•   Work with cross-functional teams to\nensure project success
•   Ensure compliance with project\nmanagement standards and best practices

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 -\n$130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general\nguideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,\nincluding but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,\nthe candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as\nmarket and business considerations.

YOU\nMUST HAVE

•   Minimum of 5 years of experience in\nprogram controls, project management, or related roles with earned value experience
•   Strong guide and team management\nskills
•   Excellent thoughtful and\nproblem-solving skills
•   Strong insight of project management\nethics and methodologies
•   Experience with project planning and\nscheduling tools
•   Excellent communication and\npeople-oriented skills

•   Bachelor's degree in Engineering,\nBusiness, or related field
•   Master's degree in Engineering,\nBusiness, or related field (preferred)
•   Project Management Professional (PMP)\ncertification
•   Experience in a global organization
