Program Coord, Ambulatory, Limited Term , ends 09/2025, Full Time, Benefited, Days, 8hrs, 1.0fte + Oakland, CA + Eastmont Wellness Center + Eastmont Wellness Center + Temporary - Day + Req #:40702-30050 + FTE:1 + Posted:January 9, 2025 **Summary** Limited Term Grant funded position ending September 2025 **SUMMARY:** Coordinates strategic programs or projects within the Ambulatory department. **DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification. 1. Administers volunteer involvement within efforts to navigate patients through on-line health information portal; provides supplementary training to employees. 2. Coordinates administrative aspects of programs/projects within Ambulatory department. 3. Maintains ongoing documentation of Ambulatory workflows/procedures/processes. 4. Assists in preparation of presentation materials. 5. Coordinates administrative aspects of training set-up, delivery and completion. 6. Support end users in implementing program activities 7. Performs other duties as assigned. _Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying._ **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
