However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification. 1. Administers volunteer involvement within efforts to navigate patients through on-line health information portal; provides supplementary training to employees. 2. Coordinates administrative aspects of programs/projects within Ambulatory department. 3. Maintains ongoing documentation of Ambulatory workflows/procedures/processes. 4. Assists in preparation of presentation materials. 5. Coordinates administrative aspects of training set-up, delivery and completion. 6. Support end users in implementing program activities 7. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
