Job OverviewThe Office of Admissions at the University of Cincinnati seeks someone who is detailed, process-oriented, and comfortable working on the technical side of a CRM system to join the CRM Team. This team serves as the lead administrators of two instances of Slate CRM by Technolutions used by Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions. This position will report to the Assistant Director of Graduate CRM and Admissions Operations and will be responsible for handling daily processing tasks for graduate applications and records as well as helping to maintain excellent data quality in both CRM instances.
This position is fully remote with occasional exceptions for on-campus training and events.
Essential Functions Assist with daily Graduate application processing, such as completing application deferral requests, withdrawing cancelled applications, and locating unmatched test scores. Resolve Graduate application import errors from Slate into the student information system (SIS). Find and merge duplicate records within Slate. Collaborate with Graduate College faculty and staff to fulfill CRM requests and help troubleshoot system issues. Assist with training Slate users. Help resolve basic questions and requests sent to the Graduate Admissions email inbox. Assist with data imports and exports. Assist with query and report building. Monitor daily queries to find and fix incorrect or incomplete data in both instances of Slate. Collaborate with other staff members of the CRM Team to strategize ways to improve the University’s usage of Slate. Required Education Bachelor's Degree. Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Required ExperienceOne (1) year of program coordination experience.
Additional Qualifications Considered Two (2) years working in CRM processing or CRM administration role. Experience working in Slate CRM by Technolutions.
