In this role, you will oversee the operations and therapeutic interventions at assigned adult housing locations. You will supervise Residential Specialists, ensure appropriate programming, and provide a safe, supportive, and goal-oriented environment for residents. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all IRTS/ICPR programming, services, and billing for assigned locations.
Hire, manage, and supervise Residential Specialists, ensuring adequate staffing and program quality.
Complete required documentation within specified timeframes and monitor team members' documentation.
Manage and account for system funds and program accounts for assigned locations.
Assist residents in following prescribed medication regimens and maintain Level One Med Aide certification as required.
Ensure all required training for residential staff is current and properly documented.
Maintain client census and required database information monthly.
Support client assessment, treatment planning, and assistance with activities of daily living to ensure independent living success.
Collaborate with CSS staff to address and meet client needs.
Provide direct interaction with residents, including in-the-moment crisis resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field
OR
Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of 2 years completed) with related experience.
Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with residents, staff, family members, and community contacts.
Ability to interpret safety rules, operational instructions, and procedure manuals.
Proficiency in basic math for tasks requiring calculations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Capability to establish effective relationships and collaborate with others.
Proven ability to handle crises and foster a supportive environment.
Supervisory Requirements:
Provide leadership and guidance to the department, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
Communicate organizational direction and encourage team participation.
Effectively manage team member concerns with discretion and HR guidance.
Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas and processes.
Foster collaboration and reinforce a team-oriented approach across all functions.
