Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Child Life and Recreation team working in the Department of Pediatrics.
MSK Kids, Memorial Sloan Kettering’s pediatric program, is the largest program in the United States dedicated to the care of children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer, immune deficiencies, and blood disorders. The Program Coordinator will lead all aspects of programs, activities, special events, and volunteer programs.

Role Overview:
Serve as the program representative and champion throughout MSK, collaborating with teammates across departmentsDevelop and coordinate programming activities and special events for the pediatric populationServe as liaison for volunteers and community organizations, delegating responsibilities and offering support to our partnersManage volunteer allocation, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needsKey Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in event planning, education, and project coordination with the pediatric populationProven leadership in group activities and pediatric programming Experience managing a high-stakes, complex environmentCore Skills:
Outgoing, confident, friendly & intuitive Creative in your ability to solve problemsExcellent leadership skills, and ability to evaluate work and delegate responsibilitiesAdaptable to new environments and changing circumstancesAdditional Information: #LI-Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, flexibility required as needed for special events Location: 1275 York Avenue, 9th Floor - 100% onsite Pay Range: $61,300 - $95,100 annuallyReporting to the Child Life Supervisor.
