Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning, conducting and scheduling staff education classes, on the job training and orientation programs.Assist persons served with personal care, implementing individual plans of service as needed.Collaborate with assigned case manager/social worker and other professional support staff on the development and implementation of individual program plans.Review and evaluate daily documentation of incident reports and program assignments.Participate in establishing and meeting home's objectives relating to persons served.Assign staff duties daily; monitor and ensure quality of service meets all division, agency and regulatory standards.Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the home manager. _________________________________________________________________________________Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
Satisfactory completion of DCH Residential Program Training RequirementsAttain and maintain all required certifications (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, etc.)Complete required Community Mental Health (CMH) Group home training
Experience
Two years' experience relevant experience
Additional Work Requirements
Valid unrestricted driver's license with good driving recordProof of automobile insurance if required by program/centerWeekends and evening hours required.
