The Program Coordinator - Emergency Preparedness is responsible for coordinating regional health care facility emergency preparedness planning and response. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Schedule:
Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks | Willmar, Benson, Redwood Falls Day shifts | 8-hour | 8am-4:30pm with flexibilityPay and Benefits:
$67,257.68 or more per year, pay determined by experience. Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree nursing, community health, administration, social science, public relations, or related field Clinical experience or public health background a plus 1 years to two years experience in hospital operations strongly preferred. A valid MN driver's license and driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage is required
