What We Offer: Pay of $14 – $18 per hour based on experience First Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM On-the-job training Health benefits What We’re Looking For: High school diploma required; some college preferred Strong administrative and organizational skills Teaching or educational experience (preferred) Prior supervisory or management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word and various computer systems Compassion and enthusiasm for working with employees with special needs Basic knowledge of furniture refinishing, painting, or repairing Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently in a unique and diverse environment What You’ll Do as a Program Coordinator: Operate Square Point of Sale (POS) systems Maintain safety, structure, and focus among employees with special needs Enforce a safe working environment and foster productivity Develop creative ideas, sketches, templates, or models for art projects Create functional or decorative objects by hand Provide a structured, interruption-free atmosphere for employee success Communicate effectively with customers in person, by phone, and online Offer accurate estimates for custom work and manage client interactions Perform other duties as assigned
