The Program Coordinator coordinates day-to-day operations of the program. Moreover, the incumbent assists with the development, organization, production, and evaluation of the program to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives. An employee in this position demonstrates familiarity with University policies and procedures and ensures program compliance.
Department Specific Functions
+ Complete intakes for Nurturing Families Parenting Program Curriculum and enter related information into database systems.
+ Facilitate the Nurturing Families Parenting Program Curriculum for parents, caregivers, and children both onsite and in the community.
+ Administer pre- and post-assessments as outlined in the curriculum and required by the grant.
+ Provide ongoing support to families, including check-ins and sharing relevant resources.
+ Assist with family recruitment, enrollment, and retention across all programs.
+ Maintain program records and documentation to ensure grant compliance with center programs.
+ Develop and manage compliance with Department of Health Food Program requirements.
+ Support program-related research activities.
+ Complete and maintain Nurturing Families Parenting Program Curriculum and Department of Children and families training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
