Position Summary:  

Coordinate, organize, and document assigned medical education meetings by performing the following duties in a timely manner and within department/company standard operating procedures.   

Responsibilities:  

· Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings including attendees, clients, and materials. Must be able to multi-task several projects at once.  

· Provide support to Program Managers, who act as primary contact point with sales reps, area district managers, and physician thought leaders.  

· Maintains accurate records in an internal database.  

· Ensures all payments are correct and properly processed. Must be able to maintain proper financial records of each event and perform accurate reconciliations.  

· Coordinates program reconciliation and post-meeting materials.  

Education and/or Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university and between 0 – 3 years of experience and/or training. Must be able to learn AMA, FDA and PhRMA policies and guidelines and be able to explain to others.
