Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Program Coordinator who will support the Safety and Grocery teams in implementing a Recall Process. Recalls are critical to ensure product safety, and identification and communication of recalls must be completed promptly. The Program Coordinator requires independent analytical skills in SQL to quickly identify impacted customers and products, the ability to follow prepared templates for communication of recalls via CRM, and the ability to collaborate with different teams, communicate updates, and identify areas for improvement. About the Team: The Program Coordinator will report to the Catalog Safety team, a global team that oversees the safety of items in our client's catalog. They will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business, legal, marketing, data science, and customer support. Together, members of this stakeholder team are the Recall WG.
