Develop and coordinate Individual Support Plans (ISPs) with measurable outcomesSupervise and evaluate team members, ensuring proper training and implementation of care plansMonitor service quality through regular visits, audits, and reviewsManage budgets, track exceptions, and prepare variance reports for ISL programsCoordinate medical care and promote wellness for individuals servedFacilitate community integration and natural support opportunitiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulationsConduct performance evaluations and provide leadership to direct support staffEnsure all team members maintain current training and certificationsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to address medical needs and treatmentsEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityRelevant experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities can be substituted year for year for a degreeAdditional Qualifications:
