Program Coordinator
 The Program Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative and operational support for assigned programs related to planning, directing and coordination of activities associated with system-wide improvement, innovation design and training. Working under general supervision, this position assists with the creation of support materials, basic data reporting associated with budget and improvement outcomes, training scheduling, participant registration and attendance tracking. This is a 40 hours a week position and is a Hybrid I role. 

 

 

 Collaborates with hospital leadership to design, plan, and implement new programs or initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and mission to improve patient outcomes.Oversees all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling meetings, arranging venues, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities.Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses, administrative staff, patients, and community partners, to promote program participation, gather feedback, and ensure program relevance and effectiveness.Collects and manages program data, such as attendance, outcomes, and feedback.Conducts data analysis to evaluate program performance and impact, presenting findings to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Assists in developing and managing program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.Collaborates with the marketing department to create promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content to raise awareness of programs and attract participants.Designs and implement program evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of initiatives.Prepares regular reports for leadership, summarizing program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for program enhancement or expansion.Performs other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's Degree

 

EXPERIENCE:Required: 3 years of experience.
