This role provides critical administrative and project support to the Director of Information Technology and technical staff . Work alongside the Director of Information Technology , visiting current and potential members to understand their needs and priorities . Members include colleges, universities, and state system agenc ies which require travel throughout the State of Texas. On any given day you will: + Prepare board meeting documents, manage calendar invites, and record meeting minutes + Support engineering project documentation and status tracking + Map current and future business process using Visio + Creat e training materials, newsletters, and other program communications for end-users + Manag e contract and vendor quote renewals Please note this position is open to those legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
