Salary Range: $40.41 - $48.30  

*As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices 

Position Summary

Provides programmatic and administrative support to department-specific clinical program(s).

Job Responsibilities Maintains licenses, credentials and reappointments for faculty of the program. Responsible for procurement activities related to goods, services, and/or equipment as needed. Assists with overall program quality assurance and compliance. Assists with patient selection, recruitment, scheduling and outreach for the program. Assists with site visits and audits. Ensures readiness and compliance. Addresses and resolves issues uncovered during visit/audit. Assists with the preparation of materials for external and internal program-related presentations. May need to present materials at meetings. Assists with the program development and patient flow assessment. Maintains electronic and hard copy files and databases as needed. Performs patient care related activities. Schedules and confirms patient appointments and necessary testing. Obtains referrals and/or pre-certification for patients. Updates medical records. Provides training to new staff and familiarizes them with program related systems and policies/protocols. Responsible for day-to-day administrative/clerical activities related to the program, including the editing of protocols, manuscripts and abstracts. Schedules and coordinates meetings as needed. If applicable, assists with the maintenance the program’s website and other promotional materials. Education High School Diploma Experience

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Approximately 3 years of related experience coordinating specialty programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of medical terminology and third party billing systems. Licenses and Certifications Working Conditions/Physical Demands
