The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives by providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance. This position is integral to a high-impact program focused on transforming payroll systems, processes, and operating models across Europe. Collaborating closely with the Program Lead, as well as HR and IT Program Managers, the Program Coordinator ensures seamless operations, timely delivery of milestones, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
What you will do:
Provide administrative support to the Program Lead and HR/IT Project Managers to achieve program milestones.Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for stakeholder meetings and decision-making forums.Maintain accurate program documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance.Coordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions, including scheduling and logistics.Develop and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and track action items for follow-up.Manage logistical arrangements such as venue bookings and virtual meeting setups.Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving logistical challenges.Ensure meticulous tracking of deliverables, risks, and overall program progress.What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of equivalent experience to support program administration and coordination effectively.Minimum one year of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or a related role to manage documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and internal teams, ensuring clarity in program-related updates, meetings, and action tracking.Preferred:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare professional presentations, reports, and meeting materials.Experience in stakeholder relationship management, acting as the primary liaison to facilitate smooth interactions and resolve logistical challenges.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling workshops, tracking program deliverables, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify and address logistical, administrative, and program-related challenges efficiently.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, adjusting to shifting priorities, evolving program needs, and meeting deadlines effectively.Travel Percentage: 20%
