The Program Coordinator serves as a resource to staff the interdisciplinary team and community caring for the patients within the ENT care continuum. Demonstrates knowledge in the care of patients with specific diagnosis. + Initiates clinical coordination, supplemental treatment for all patients to ensure comprehensive consultation. + Independently acts as concierge for all patients which includes verbal, email , telephone introduction of services and anticipated care continuum. + Recommends and develops processes and procedures to improve efficiency + Act as a liaison for all patients and their families between clinic and hospital services. + Coordinate programs communications for internal and external entities. + Answers phones and responds to inquiries and appropriately routes requests. + Maintains records and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory agency , HIPAA. + Provides support and information to physicians, residents and families regarding patient's needs and actively participates in process improvement. + Coordinates the on-boarding of new staff and the ongoing training of clinical staff including but not limited to: EHR billing and supporting documentation, standardized assessments and measures, chart audits and general or advanced competencies. + Collaborates with the Care Team to facilitate a continuum patient experience. + Coordinates with other departments and providers to improve efficiency by reducing patient appointment times, assist with staffing deficits. **Qualifications** **MINIMUM** + A minimum of three (3) years of related clinical experience within the healthcare industry OR a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working in healthcare program coordination + High School Diploma or GED + Basic Computer Skills **PREFERRED** + 5 (+) years experience + Bachelors Degree **Pay Range** $25.25 - $36.61 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
