The position in the Call Center will utilize the Medicall application and work with the different departments and clinics to create an initial On Call Profile. Gathers schedule requirements, assigns access levels to the department and clinic resource for on going on call schedule creation, create on call profile/passwords, set up on call Short List for department and clinics, define instructions, train and review individual resources, pager numbers, carrier types, statuses and ID numbers. The position will be available on going to create new On Call Profiles for Department and clinics as they grow.

Required Qualifications:
2 years of user account administration or scheduling staff to work1 year of account and group administrationJob related experience including responsibility for coordinating complex administrative projects for management and associated professionals in a major organizationPreferred Qualifications:
