The office is charged with undergirding student success and health innovation through the establishment and management of transformational partnerships and external relations.This position serves as support staff within the Office of External Affairs and Innovation and independently performs confidential and diverse functions requiring interaction with key executives as well as internal and external constituencies. Collaborates to assist in the partnership onboarding and monitoring process within the Office of External Affairs and Innovation, plans and implements special projects and events, and supports the design of projects and processes that deepen the relationship between Morehouse School of Medicine and its partners, both existing and potential.The successful

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Work closely with the Office of External Affairs and Innovation team to plan, implement, and manage programs, services, and processes in areas that meet Morehouse School of Medicine’s strategic priorities for student success, academic excellence, scientific discovery, and community and patient engagement.Support the establishment and stewardship of institutional partners.Complete the onboarding process for all new partnerships.Manage partnership database to include all partnerships at the institution.Responsible for reviewing, entering, routing and follow up of all partnership contracts through the institutional contract management system.Analyze and provide data of partnerships in their different phases of the Partnership Lifecycle to support the creation of written reports and oral presentations.Provide administrative and budgetary support to the Office of External Affairs and Innovation as needed.Provide event coordination for meetings, webinars, workshops, etc.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Experience working with executives and external partners.Experience in contract management from pre-concept through execution.Experience in the full project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, delivery, and post-delivery support.Experienced with managing tight timelines and deliverables across multiple projects and teams while staying true to MSM’s values and culture.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in ways that build relationships with team members, SMEs, and other internal stakeholders.Ability to focus and deliver tangible results.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of office and administrative procedures.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Knowledge of principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation.Ability to maintain accurate records and files.Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related institutional policies and procedures.Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum of (3) years of program administration experience.ORTwo years of college education from an accredited college or university, coupled with (7) years of program administration experience. Immunization Requirements It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment.
