Who we're looking for:
The Shared Services team for EXP.O NOW is looking for a self-starter who will use their organization and leadership skills to embrace the Program Coordinator Title/Role and support the EXP.O NOW Program, the RTE (Program Manager), program/portfolio leadership, and stakeholders and support or fill in for the other roles throughout the program when needed.
Our Program Coordinator will assume support for our RTE in leading our Program ART/ ARTS within the EXP.O NOW Program. The ideal candidate for this position must be detail oriented with strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills, is a problem solver, technically savvy, and can build relationships with our agile teams, product management, leadership, and stakeholders. They must also have a keen interest in creative problem-solving and bringing big ideas to life while also being comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivate to guide the ongoing success of EXP.O NOW.
Primary Responsibilities
Overall support for the RTE, Product Managers and Scrum Masters, including assisting with the development and communication of PI Ceremony documentation, team member management, and facilitation of events when neededSupport Portfolio Senior Program Manager and Architect as neededCommunicate ART-wide various system downtime notificationsLead and project manage ad-hoc projects or cross-team collaboration as neededAdminister and steward of all EXP.O NOW SharePoint site including permissions as well as manage content for parent level site.Administer and steward the EXP.O NOW AzureDevOps area, maintain and support of team and program dashboards and subsequent queriesTrack and provide metrics including the predictability metrics for the EXP.O NOW program system demoFoster a positive and productive environment within the programKeep program-level documentation organized and focusedPromote a mindset and focus on relentless & continuous improvementThis position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Additional InformationExpected base salary: $80,000 to $120,000
