The Fatherhood Coalition Program Coordinator promotes the development and maintenance of the community-based fatherhood coalition. Working collaboratively with other agency and program staff, as well as community partners, the Fatherhood Coalition Program Coordinator increases opportunities for fatherhood engagement across various Brightpoint programs. As the Fatherhood Coalition Program Coordinator, you will engage in community systems work and outreach, and also facilitate groups, workshops and other internal and external events.

Candidate qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience required OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of five years of relevant experience required. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite applications required. Experience in planning, leading and executing events preferred. Experience in community collaboration and networking preferred. Experience and ability as a trainer preferred. Familiarity with Winnebago County human service delivery systems preferred.  Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required. 

Job details: 

Compensation: Hourly Range $20.20-$22.21 per hour; offers are commensurate with experience and bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
