Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator I for the School of Communication and Information.

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provides administrative support for graduate degree and non-degree programs, including serving as administrative student support for the school’s doctoral program. Provides advising and support to master’s and doctoral students in areas of academic policies and procedures, degree certification, and student engagement. Receives some work instruction and tasks from graduate program directors and shares responsibility with the Graduate Student Counselor for advising and processing of the school’s graduate student population. FLSA Nonexempt Grade 04 Salary Details Minimum Salary 59893.480 Mid Range Salary 73909.480 Maximum Salary 87925.480 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position.
