Job Title Program Coordinator I Agency Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service Department Family And Community Health Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate Job Location College Station, Texas Job Type Staff Job Description The Fresh TRAYS Program Coordinator I, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement assigned programs. Responsibilities: · Assists in planning and implementing of program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops. · Serves as the designated lead and trainer for state level program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops. · Collaborates with others to create new and expanded program resources, as needed. · Develops and maintains relationships with new program partners and stakeholders. · May assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events. · Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings. · Supports program promotions and marketing. · May assist in identifying funding opportunities. · Supports planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs. · Helps maintain program records and prepare reports on program activities. · Other duties as required. Required Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Two years of related experience. Required knowledge, skills and abilities: · Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. · Verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
