Among the key duties of the position are the following: Supports and coordinates major administrative functions for the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services. Coordinates the creation of all university student conduct cases on Rutgers University New Brunswick campus. Assesses student conduct data using Maxient, MS Excel, Access & Word Programs. Prepares reports, and presentation to various staff groups. Oversees office operations including student staffing and records management. Responds to inquiries from parents, students, high level University administrators, attorneys, and others requesting judicial records and/or student information and can hear low level student disciplinary cases. Works closely with the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services Senior Staff.
