Analytics program. Our program helps students advance their careers by mastering core business knowledge, honing skills through high impact learning experiences, developing personalized leadership styles, and leveraging the power of the global Aggie Network. Essential Duties/Tasks + Student Liaison - Works closely with Student Business Services, Office of Financial Aid, and Office of Veterans Services to ensure exemplary customer service to Flex Online MBA students. Serves as a liaison with students regarding financial aid and program funding options including veterans benefits and general financial student aid. Has frequent discussions with representatives of the Veterans Services Office and representatives in Financial Aid. Collaborates with others to create new and expanded programs. Also performs other duties as assigned. + Student Account Manager - Plans, implements and evaluates finances and student accounts for the MBA Programs Office. Assists in establishing short and long term goals and strategic planning around MBA Program finances and student accounts. Assists Mays Business Office in compilation of student bills. Provides students and their employers with custom billing statements to minimize student out-of-pocket costs. Works with Program Director and Mays Business Office, to manage collection of student accounts. Monitors student accounts in COMPASS and work with Student Billing Services to resolve issues with bills and student financial aid accounts. Meets regularly via phone, online, and in person with designated representatives in Financial Aid, Veteran Services, and Student Business Services to ensure that student accounts are in order, and that processes are communicated effectively. Assists in identifying funding opportunities. Prepares load files for Student Business Services indicating tuition and fee amounts on Flex Online MBA students. Prepares detailed spreadsheets for Veteran Services indicating expected benefits for all students in the Flex online MBA program each semester. Resolves issues on student accounts and proposes new process as needed. Assists in establishing goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Also performs other duties as assigned. + Financial Reporter - Reports to Program Director and Associate Dean information about accounts receivable collections and assist Program Director in identifying past due accounts and advising Program Director about viable solutions for problem accounts. Prepares reports on program activities. Tracks revenue for five programs (listed above) and reports with accuracy and timeliness. Also performs other duties as assigned. + FTMBA Scholarships - Works with Flex Online MBA program and recruiting staff to coordinate and allocate and award scholarships for Flex Online MBA students. Must have an in-depth understanding of awarding process and be able to follow all scholarship guidelines and rules. Also performs other duties as assigned. + Recruiting - Works with prospective students as needed in an effort to help them understand financial aid and payment options. Attends recruitment events, schedules one-on-one appointments, and creates emails, presentations, and marketing collateral regarding financial aid. Develops and updates training materials and delivers trainings. Also performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years of experience in higher education Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing. + Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. + Has a substantial understanding of the veterans benefits and other financial aid sources. + Demonstrated command of written and oral communication skills + Occasional evening and weekend hours and occasional travel required. + Occasional lifting or moving of heavy weight objects. Preferred Qualifications: + Financial aid, billing or veteran benefits experience or related experience. + Knowledge of Compass and Howdy TAMU systems + Customer service experience with graduate students + Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail + TAMU experience as a student and/or employee + Bilingual What you need to know Salary : Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.   Cover Letter/Resume : A cover letter and resume will assist us in our review of your application materials.
