What you need to know Proposed Minimum Salary: $4,833.34 monthly Work Schedule/Location: This is an on-site role with a typical schedule of Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. Required Education and Experience: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience + Four years of program administration experience or equivalent Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Master's Degree + Experience in Graduate or Graduate Medical Education + Knowledge of Accreditation Standards and Documentation + Knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA + Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications Essential Duties/Tasks: Program Coordination + Work with the Program Director to maintain and document CODA accreditation standards, program records, databases, and comprehensive files on all OMS residents in the department and students participating in our programs. + Oversee faculty, resident, and program evaluations. Compile and analyze program statistics. + Plans and executes program events. Schedules rotations, conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings and workshops, semi-annual reviews, and organizes residency interviews. + Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including outside partners and affiliates; track and maintain contracts; assist in developing goals and objectives, policies and procedures. + Oversee the externship program processes and medical student rotations. + Respond to inquiries regarding OMS program offerings. + Identify and recommend program improvements and develop and oversee projects for implementation. Administration + Maintains personnel files and tracks training compliance. + Provide cover for the department administrative assistant and assist faculty as needed + Performs other duties as assigned. Fiscal and Budget Support + Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities related to the residency program and assists in preparing and monitoring budgets for programs and events. + Support department-level allocations. + Create expense and travel reports. + Assists in identifying funding opportunities.
