The Project SEARCH program is a 10-month employment training initiative designed for young students or seniors in their last year of high school to prepare for competitive employment and a successful adult life.

What to expect.

You will ensure the successful implementation and coordination of educational programs and services for our students.

Specific responsibilities include:

Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs). Consulting with special education team to develop academic and behavioral strategies to better effectuate the educational process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student data, including IEPs, progress reports, and . Provides leadership and coordination of assigned program in collaboration with the education director and administrative team.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education and years and level of related experience.

What we need from you.

Bachelor’s degree. 2 years of progressively more responsible experience in a special education setting. MSDE licensure in secondary education, special education, or administration.

Candidates without current licensure must be eligible to apply within 30 days of employment.
