Program Coordinator - Staffing

Under the direction of the Sr. Manager Workforce, the Workforce Coordinator implements and is accountable for overseeing the hiring of the Oregon Medical Group and Oregon Clinical Programs support caregivers into the Centralized Staffing Team. Responsible for delivering business value through effective coordination of services, this position is responsible for working with Talent Acquisition, Centralized Staffing Team Leaders,  Clinic leaders and Workforce Education for the hiring and onboarding processes.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Or 3 years applicable experience Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 1 year of experience in interviewing or recruitment processes.
