Center For Family Services is hiring a licensed clinical professional to coordinate services and lead a team of counselors providing counseling and support services to children and teens impacted by Substance Use in the Family. 

Position Summary:

Center For Family Services is seeking a caring, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Social Workers (LCSW or LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC or LAC) to lead a team of professionals that enhances services for children and teens affected by substance use in the homes and the community. The Program Coordinator for Stepping Stones to Resiliency provides program management and direct clinical services. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of the program. This key staff member manages the recruitment, training, scheduling, data collection, reporting, and coordination of program activities pertinent to the goals of the program. Clinical services may include provision of on-site community and classroom interventions, short-term traumatic grief outreach services, individual and family counseling, and workshops

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to;

Provides leadership to staff, and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff, and communicates in ways that support agency mission and valuesPromotes and  provides culturally competent client care and staff interactions that respond  respectfully to the strengths and skills of diverse ethnicities and cultures, languages, socio-economic classes, disabilities, religions, genders, sexual orientation and other diversity related factors.Coordinate program activitiesParticipate on community coalition meetings that strengthen the program and work toward meeting goals and objectivesParticipate in Federal Monitoring Meetings and Technical SupportCollect and Review Data for trends and service delivery gapsWork closely with key stakeholders in assessing the program and identifying areas of growthAssess and identify new stakeholders to integrate the program within the communityCoordinate linkages with internal and external platforms that bring awareness and resources to the community

Qualifications· 

At least five-year's experience working with children and teensLCSW, LSW, LPC, of LACExperience working in grief and traumatic lossKnowledge in trauma informed care and/or family substance use2 years- experience in supervision and managementClearly communicates ideas in both written and verbal formWork a flexible schedule including eveningsValid driver's license in the state of his/her residence, insurance, and clean driving record
