Posting Number NONAC3389 Job Title Program Coordinator- Westside Health Collaborative Position Title Program Coordinator - Westside Health Collaborative Position Type Non-Faculty Number of vacancies 1 Salary Commensurate with experience Department Comm Hlth/Prev Med-Ch/Pm Position Summary The Program Coordinator will be involved in all programmatic aspects of the cooperative agreement. The Program Coordinator will execute and oversee all subcontracts needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the Westside Health Collaboration. This individual will provide leadership with strategic planning, organizing, and ensure organizational management of the daily program operations. The Program Coordinator will assist the Project Director to develop program policy and procedure with respect to funding requirement for the design and implementation of various program Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Job Duties Description of Job Duty General Duties:
Develop strong professional relationships with other departments, faculty, staff, residents, learners, and other outside constituents. Serve as department lead for vendor management and engagement to ensure positive relations and timely payments. Liaise with Procurement Office to ensure efficient processing and operations. Coordinate travel if needed, arranging meeting space, managing registration process, coordinating catering and facilities needs, preparing speakers’ materials, coordinating CME documentation, managing payments and invoices. Serve as administrative lead and resource on training staff on MedMart, Concur, and Banner; Provide training overview to newly onboarded staff and refreshers for existing staff Create and develop surveys for grant funded studies using REDCap software; Coordinate data reconciliation, data mining, and data entry. Lead the coordination and planning of other department sponsored activities to include Strategic Planning Retreats, staff retreats, First Fridays department networking events. Coordinate responsibilities related to records management, including initiate and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic databases and files via easily accessible tracking systems. Maintain department SharePoint site and department website

Immunization Immunization Requirements It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment.
