Job Description The role is responsible in the delivery, execution, quality control and completion of strategic Programs and Projects in alignment with the strategic business and organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Program and Delivery Oversight
Manage and coordinate the delivery of multiple strategic data product initiatives, ensuring alignment with Globe’s data monetization goals and organizational priorities.
Define and initiate projects under each program stream, assigning project talents where necessary, and managing timelines, scope, and performance metrics.
Establish and enforce governance processes that ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of programs and their components.
2. Strategic Alignment & Execution
Maintain continuous alignment of program scope and execution plans with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Proactively recommend adjustments to program direction or structure to maximize value delivery and business impact.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Infrastructure, and Business teams to orchestrate seamless program execution.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build strong relationships with sponsors, leadership stakeholders, and key partners within and beyond the New Products Group.
Act as the single point of coordination for program reporting, issue resolution, risk management, and communication across all active initiatives.
Ensure high visibility of program performance and readiness through dashboards, regular cadence meetings, and escalations where necessary.
4. Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement
Champion the adoption of delivery best practices, including agile principles, change control, and performance tracking.
Support the integration of privacy, security, and compliance governance into the program delivery lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops, and evolving delivery toolkits.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3–7 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery coordination, or product operations, ideally in a technology, telco, or data-driven organization.
Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, privacy, and external partners.
Hands-on experience with agile delivery methodologies, demand intake, backlog prioritization, and execution tracking.
Familiarity with data product development cycles and working with technical teams (e.g., engineers, solution architects, QA).
Experience using delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Level of Knowledge:
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, especially in data, platform, or analytics-related programs.
Working knowledge of cloud environments, data governance processes, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., DPA, GDPR) is an advantage.
Comfortable interfacing with technical teams, understanding delivery dependencies, and resolving blockers.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and organizational capability
Proactive problem-solver with a delivery mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Technical & Process Skills :
Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Familiarity with agile/scrum ceremonies and backlog grooming
Ability to build project dashboards, timelines, and status reports
Strong business acumen in data innovation and monetization
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
Understanding of data lifecycle management and platform operations is an advantage
Knowledge of compliance workflows and cross-functional coordination (legal, privacy, IT) is an advantage
