Work Scope:
Lead program management initiatives to enhance the customer experience while ensuring compliance with global service standardsResponsible for consistent hiring, onboarding and training standards in support of a large team of event professionalsDirect support and first point of escalation in support of Americas program management teamResponsible for tracking and collecting team progress through data metricsReport & communicate on project and program efficienciesEstablish and disseminate clarity to existing policies and procedures relating to Meetings & Events Team customer supportDocument new policies and procedures necessary to clearly define scalable event supportDemonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, service levels, and streamline work processCommunicate and work effectively with clients, officers, senior contacts within client organization, and business stakeholdersBuild and manage relationships with internal teams to ensure global alignment and locally relevant meeting and event supportIdentifying opportunities for improving team communication and efficiencyProvide support for budgeting, forecasting, accruals and purchase order trackingAssist in the planning and hosting of the occasional promotional events as requestedOther duties as assigned in support of the Senior Program Delivery ManagerEssential Functions:
