The Program Development Manager has the following primary responsibilities:
* Create successful business programs for SI B LCB US to benefit the employee, the customer and the shareholder.
* Develop solutions that create new efficiencies for employees; building tools (technology) and process changes to accommodate successful business transformation.
* Develop and execute a wide variety of business programs; many with parallel or concurrent activities driven by this position.
* Strategize all aspects of individual business programs for successful implementation.
* Report program parameters, status and recommendations to organizational leadership.
* Collaborate across teams to define activities necessary to drive program development to completion
As a Program Development Manager, you will:
* Work with business owners to manage the development of business programs.
* Develop business cases to capture program costs and benefits.
* Create presentation content for program decisions, program rollouts, community meetings, partner meetings.
* Oversee development of process documentation, trainings, user stories, etc.
* Work with business partners such as IT Value Centers and global Siemens partners.
* Provide ownership of software tool development for assigned business functions.
* Build end to end business processes.
* Manage software developers to deliver anticipated tool functionality according to schedule.
* Recommend and execute best way forward to overcome complex business process issues.
* Manage program timelines and budget to deliver programs on-time.
* Participate in employee community meetings to deliver transformation objectives and tool/process methods and procedures.
* Create (or advise on the creation of) business performance dashboards to measure program adoption and realization of profit improvement measures.
* May deliver presentations to organizational leadership, work partners and large employee audiences.
* Reports to SI B LCB US Head of Transformation Office.

Basic Qualifications:
* Proven work experience in process development and management, preferably in digitalization of building technology deployment
* Technical skills - must be familiar with building technology with an understanding of Operational project execution practices
* Knowledge of process best practices
* Demonstrated Working knowledge of technology / tools to automate processes
* Analytical thinker with interpersonal, presentation and managerial skills
* Demonstrated Good communication skills, managing multiple stakeholders
* 5+ years quality or business process engineering
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
* Travel: Up to 20% travel required within the U.S.
* 10+ years of Operations experience in engineering, project management or engineering management of building technology systems installation

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
