Summary :The Program Manager manages program objectives by implementing strategic projects and leading process improvement work to achieve optimal performance. Analyzes data, monitors performance, and collaborates with internal and external partners on key initiatives.

Job Description:

In this position... you will be responsible for launching new programs and service lines in various locations. We are seeking a data-driven individual who can effectively present to leadership. We need strategic thinkers with strong business acumen.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Implements strategic and operational initiatives by effectively managing projects that will achieve results for ThedaCare.

Monitors and compares actual program performance with desired outcome, communicates deviations, and provides recommendations for corrective action, when needed.

Researches, analyzes, and evaluates data, and communicates opportunities and trends that align with ThedaCare strategic goals and impact performance.

Leads process improvement work for team. Mentors and educates team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

Contributes to effective team interactions, communicates effectively, and collaborates with diverse internal and external partners to create awareness, build relationships, solve problems, and gain consensus to achieve goals and objectives.

Employs a systems approach and acquires the expertise of outside disciplines, is receptive to feedback, and includes multiple perspectives to engage teams and support initiatives.

Employs broad knowledge and understanding of operational processes and clinical workflows to forecast the impact of initiatives and ensure sustainability of desired outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Three years of healthcare experience working with multi-disciplinary teams supporting operational processes or workflows

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance

Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Climate controlled office setting with daily movement throughout the facility

Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers

Some travel required mostly within ThedaCare service area
