HDR has an exciting opportunity to join our PM/CM team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This is a newly created role on a large transportation program we have been awarded.
In the role of Program Development Specialist, we'll count on you to:Coordinate and foster relationships with necessary team membersDevelop and monitor performance metricsParticipate in program coordination meetingsPerform as a recruitment liaison and support onboardingSupport program financial trackingActively engage in developing and implementing process improvements which will include organizational development and change management strategiesPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree 8 years' experience in Engineering and Construction Program Management highly desiredPrevious organizational development experience a plusLocal candidates to the South Florida areaRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeThe capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:Oral and written communication skillsInterpersonal and leadership skillsCoordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasksOrganizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
