The Program Director, Analytics, Technology and Security provides management and administratively supports the ground and online modalities for specific academic programs within a specified cluster. They play a vital role by managing the day-to-day activities of the program(s) in providing administrative support for prospective, current, and graduating students. The Program Director will be responsible for understanding and tracking all enrollment stages, from current students through alumni. Providing critical data for course scheduling and supporting the development of each semester’s schedule based on those findings, additional duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage academic advising, registration processes, academic actions, admissions support, events support, new student orientation, and student out-processing procedures, acting as the liaison between the program and various SCS and University departments on behalf of the student body.
Support the current Masters of Professional Studies in Emergency and Disaster Management Program and the newly launching Executive Masters in Humanitarian Crisis and Emergency Management.
Manage all logistical planning, travel arrangements, budget review and coordination of the 5 residencies with support of the Faculty Director and adjunct faculty member.
Travel to 3 international locations and participate in 2 virtual weeklong residencies per academic year, supporting the students and overall goals of the executive program.
Work Interactions
Executive Director, Student and Academic Operations - work with the Executive Director, Students and Academic Operations on departmental initiatives. Sr. Assistant, Assistant and Associate Deans and Faculty Directors – work with assistant and associate deans and faculty directors to support the design, development, and implementation of strategies related to course scheduling, travel and logistics, and contracting processes. SCS Academic Operations- work with the department on strategies for operational initiatives. SCS Enrollment Management – work with SCS Enrollment Management and collaborate on specific enrollment issues and recruitment. Students – manage the administrative duties related to student advising. SCS Finance – oversee the budget for residency planning. All staff members are required to attend the Commencement ceremony on May to provide all hands support.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
Two or 3 years of related work experience
Experience in student support or advising, as well as in travel or event planning is desirable
Exceptional organizational, budget reconciliation, and communication abilities
A willingness to take initiative with flexible and solid interpersonal skills with all level of stakeholders
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally for at least 3 weeks an academic year
Two or more years of work experience in a professional or academic setting preferred

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$44,022.00 - $73,406.80Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
