We are looking for a talented individual…​

​To join our team as a Program Director!  Directs all phases of client programs, from inception through completion.  Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.  Ensures the development process is congruent with current market trends, program goals, and client needs.  Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the client. Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determines the profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements. Develops strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle.  Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.​

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… ​

​Manage portfolio of client programs and projects (typically $10—20m annual revenue without incentives)

Oversee creation and execution of contracts within portfolio for compliance and client satisfaction

Responsible for contract risk management (identification, management and resolution of risks) for portfolio of programs & projects

Lead cross-functional staff typically consisting of 30+ people including engineering, marketing communications and application development

Typically has direct people management of 2-5 people

Manage complex and varied portfolio of programs and projects

Have significant business development responsibility and may act as a client manager

Create technical content and intellectual property, including content for corporate marketing

Oversee product marketing and product management projects & initiatives responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within the practice​

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…​

Relevant work experience plus 10+ years project management and relevant technical and / or business experience

8+ years people management

Bachelor’s degree, MS or MBA preferred

Compensation Range

185,000 - $200,000 / annually

Compensation Range

$131,900.00 - $197,800.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
