Overview We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Program Director to service and support property and casualty risk-sharing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for project and client management. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. How you'll make an impact Day-to-day account management for routine and complex client accounts. Managing, building, and solidifying relationships with existing clients. Processing annual renewals with client accounts. Leading appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs. Securing existing business and driving the sale of additional services and coverage programs. Project management of various programs. Coordinating work with various team members. Meeting and event planning and execution. Completing other tasks and duties as assigned. Work closely with the service team to ensure both a timely resolution and satisfactory outcome to client issues. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 8 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years related experience required. Property and casualty producer’s license (can be obtained within 6 months of employment) Strong project management skills Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%) Preferred: Additional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC, etc. Prior experience using a sales management tool Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Keen problem-solving skills; focusing solutions on the root cause Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective communication skills with a variety of personality types. Strong project management and organization skills. Strong attention to detail. Confident in public speaking. Customer-focused mindset. Able to work as a team and as a self-starter. Able to quickly determine critical issues. Exceptional computer abilities (e.g. Microsoft Office).
